Founder and Principal Partner
With over 25 years of experience in setting up Change Management Offices and leading transformation initiatives across Europe, North America, and the Caribbean, Carol is a highly regarded strategic leader, executive coach, and operational change agent. She has successfully managed global SAP and Workday programs, led organizational redesign initiatives, and overseen multiple mergers and acquisitions. Carol approaches business as a "Business Composer and Choreographer," skillfully orchestrating the interplay of people, processes, and technology to drive organizational success in a constantly evolving landscape. She is passionate about empowering talent to visualize and curate new ways of working. Originally from the UK, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and skiing. She is also the founder of Isiah’s Helping Hands, a not for profit organization dedicated to uplifting young single mothers; helping them to become self-sufficient and to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
